American Chair Store is a American family owned business. The company began by bidding on hotels and restaurants for the accounts to produce furnishings for them. After a while, customers were calling for more towels and soft goods than the furniture. We now specialize in the supply of quality soft goods to individuals and the business community.

ACS offers a variety of soft good products including flour sack towels, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and napkins, hand towels and wash cloths, cleaning towels, bathrobes, pillows, pillowcases, and craft items. Optional screen printing and embroidery are available. Most of the products are American made and 100% cotton. All products are sold at the lowest price possible. As for shipping, ACS will find the lowest shipping cost for you. We do not ship without payment unless credit has been established. If you want to pick up your order, we have customer pick up every Saturday, at 654 O'Malley Drive Coopersville, Michigan. Please call us ahead of time to make arrangements for pick-up. We also assure you that we do not adjust orders without contacting you first. Because of high demand for our towels, we do run out of product occasionally, and this might cause a delay in shipping, so please plan accordingly. We primarily ship FedEx ground. We watch every order, if we can ship your order with less cost we will and credit you the difference. ACS sends out email confirmations and updates. Due to various reasons (spam filters etc.), our emails don't always make it to the buyer. We try our best to keep you in the loop concerning your order.
