Shipping Policy
We believe straight forward low prices on the product and shipping is the best policy. We believe free shipping is a gimmick, instead of a $300.00 canoe, now it is $500.00 with free shipping, instead of $30.00 shoes now they are $50.00 with free shipping. We check every order we ship for the lowest possible shipping cost. We give you the most affordable shipping cost as possible.
If there will be delays with shipping, several reasons are possible, might be because we run out of product because of high demand for our towels. Most of our products are shipped directly from the mill to our warehouse, so we can inspect it before you get the item. If your order is urgent please plan accordingly and let us know through email or you can call us anytime at our toll free number 1-888-374-5250. When shipping outside the United States, ACS is not responsible for the duties and taxes needed for the shipment. ACS will send out email confirmations and updates regarding any order. However, due to various reasons (spam filters, etc.), our emails do not always make it to the buyer. We always do our best to keep you in the loop concerning your order. If you have any concerns regarding your order, call us anytime at our toll free number. In addition, if you are not comfortable using a credit card online, you can also call us to fulfill your order. We will always be happy to be of service to you.
Shipping cost is roughly 15%-20% of the order cost. Orders above $100.00are roughly in the 10% range. Shipping using UPS, FedEx, and USPS have a minimum charge for packages. It also changes frequently; the price is around $6.00 for a small package. ACS always tries to watch over every order, we always choose the lowest shipping cost there is. Sometimes, shipping through USPS makes the lowest shipping cost but sometimes it does not, it depends on the area it is going.
Among our products, the most costly to ship are the pillows because of its volume. ACS knows every trick in the book to save on shipping cost. Sometimes, it works to suck the air out and sometimes it does not. It depends on the area and the size of the order. If you want to save money ship it to a business. If you run a small business from your home, ask your local FedEx store, UPS store, or pack and ship if they receive packages. Pick up your order from them and use the business shipping option.
